Application of the High-Performance Mark (HP Mark) on a product indicates that the samples tested by Intertek met the requirements established for specific high-performance functionalities as listed in the Program’s requirement table (https://www.intertek.com/products-retail/hp-mark/). The verification of high-performance claims is based on the test results at the time of initial testing based on a selected sample. Applicants must ensure that a representative sample is provided to Intertek for testing.
